Bending

Thanks to state-of-the-art CNC press brakes with angle sensors, we can bring bent parts into the shape you want.

  • 1 press brake LVD 5 axes 3050 x 220 tons
  • 1 press brake LVD 5 axes 4500 x 220 tons
  • 1 press brake LVD 5 axes 4500 x 320 tons
  • 1 press brake LVD 5 axes 4500 x 220 tons with bending aid

Rolling

We easily roll even difficult contours without pressure ends and with radii that merge into one another. Sheets can be given radii or rolled into tubes.

  • 1 sheet metal roller 3,000 x 15 mm, 4 rollers.
  • 1 sheet metal roller 2,000 x 5 mm, 4 rollers.
  • 1 sheet metal roller 1,000 x 3 mm, 3 rollers
  • 1 profile roller up to ø 88.9 mm
